Biola wouldn't let me come back now....

So, I went to Biola last night to escape the annoyance of trying to find a job. I spent 4 hours chilling with old friends. I went in thinking I had gone from ultra conservative to moderate ultra conservative. I realized I'm pretty liberal. Thanks alot Jasen, Troy, and Mike! Oh well, things have been on my mind regarding our Christianity. As I listened to Rob Bell, I got to thinking about this whole "God is Ultimate Reality" thing. As an ultra conservative I always boxed God into this little Christian Idea. If we believe, as Christians, that God is who He says He is and who the Bible says He is, we have no choice but to throw out the box. We believe God is infinately bigger than what we can concieve, yet we try putting Him within the realm of our conception. We didn't create God, He created us. We can't fathom how he operates. We see little glimpses of it, but those little glimpses are nothing in comparison to the whole picture. Is the picture even whole? Could God ever be completely understood? Of course not. I think as a Christ Follower, I need to become aware of the fact that I don't have all the answers. I have few, if any! Alright... pop in that grain of salt..
